A Service Technician will mobilize within 24 hours in the event a system problem cannot be resolved with telephone assistance or factory repair.
Emergency Shipment of Spare Parts:
In case of emergency, Control Analytics, Inc. will provide expedited shipment and delivery, including commercial airline freight services, of in-stock parts during or outside of normal business hours (additional fees apply).
